Karawan Goatskin Pur-Aniline® is another great BBWS-Franz Hoffmann innovation! It completely replaces the need for tough, fussy "nigerian" goatskins!

This new Pure Aniline goatskin is everything you could ever wish for in a high-quality, yet economical, goatskin leather. It's simply wonderful. The tanning formulation for this new leather was created by Master Tanner, Mr. Thomas Schmidt, and is such that provides absolute ease in paring, and all types of tooling, while achieving many marks for archival quality.

Karawan® Goatskins (both Semi & Pur-Aniline) are put through a Double-Selection process, wherein only the very finest First Quality skins are chosen, both BEFORE and AFTER the dying process. This ensures only absolute AAA+++ quality selction. You will never receive a skin of Karawan®Goat that has a hole, a scratch, or blemish. And yet these skins are completely pure-aniline, pleasingly absorbent, and have never received any type of coatings or embossing whatsoever.

We are able to offer this fine leather at the great price of just $18.95 per square foot, because it was BBWS that had the idea to develop this article, and we have Hundreds of skins made each quarter-year.

The currently available colours are shown here, but the full suite of over 30 Colours is presently in full tannery production!
